The gym requires significant updates with only a couple of outdated machines!!! Limited options in sunbathing with only chairs around the pool area instead of proper sun loungers!!!

Convenience for a late checkin (1am), value for money, close to the ferry terminal & breakfast included

The room was well priced for service and condition. We stayed one night and found the hotel satisfactory but, given a longer stay or for pure holiday we would suggest looking for another location.
The hotel was tired and in need of general redecoration. The hotel staff were friendly however, seemed to be tired especially around the breakfast area in the morning and slow to help clients.

Old, restaurant quite dirty. I stay 2 days but only take one breakfast food poor. Reservation up grade my room from deluxe to suite because what I pay is for suite not deluxe. Can you explain why?

Location just off the boats to the island and to the party side of Phuket, and the shopping and happening areas. Also, in Old Town. New-fashioned room, very clean beds and incredibly nice staff at the receptionist.

I loved the spacious room with a fine view from the tenth floor! Quick check-in, and the swimming pool on the fifth floor was great for chilling. Just wish there were more breakfast options 🥐

The deluxe rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable. Great value for money. The rooms were of a standard that exceeded my expectation given the price. Buffet Breakfast was included and was ok, but nothing special.
Bathrooms could do with an upgrade to match the standard of the rooms (I think the rooms have been upgraded recently but the bathrooms haven't). Some finishing work in the common areas of the hotel could do with being completed.

the hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They gladly helped you with taxis and local information. The staff were very plesant and always working hard, be it on the floor levels cleaning rooms or in the reception area. The room we stayed in was a large double bed room, the view was lovely. The room was value for money and if we get the chance to visit phuken again, i would defo stay again and i would gladly recommend the hotel to anyone.

The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, I tried savoury dishes. The location was amazing - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. Everything was well-maintained and within 27 minutes' drive of Phuket airport.

It is good for a night or two to explore the town and use as a transit to Phi Phi island. We didnt use the reception to book it as our experience told us that it is cheaper to use the travel agent. They were a few in Phuket Town to choose from when we went on exploring the town. 60 meter from the hotel, lots of street food at night. We had a great BBQ at the price of 199 baht per person, buffet style!
They dont speak english so dont expect much.

I didn't like anything from this hotel, from the pictures it looks like a modern 4/5 stars hotel, with flat screen tv ,huge windows plenty of lights, big bathtube none of this is real!,everything is creepy old dirty filfthy broken, the sheets were dirty, bathroom dirty we couldn't use the dirty bathtube, the closet was broken,tv old ,aircon old and noisy, the restaurant is meaningless and the staff unfrendly, only one girl spoke a medium good english,i reccomend to everyone not to be impressed by the huge building and the reception, once you get into the elevator and the room you'll understand my comments,by the way,no WIFI is available
everything was wrong!
